We hope to answer most general questions you may have about Move N’ Groove on this page!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? You will have 7 days from the day you receive your item(s) to return or exchange an item(s). The product(s) are only eligible for return if they are unworn and in the same condition they were received in with the tags still attached. If an item has any stains, rips, tears, or appears to have been damaged or worn, we reserve the right to refuse the return and you will not be reimbursed. We DO NOT allow returns or exchanges for accessories or discounted/sale products. All accessories and sale items are FINAL sale.

HOW DO YOU SHIP? We ship through UPS.

DO YOU OFFER KIDS OR PLUS SIZE OPTIONS? Unfortunately, Move N’ Groove does not offer Plus Size or Kids Sizing for the time being (besides select items that come in XL or merchandise items). One of our biggest goals is to one day cater to all sizes, and we will happily announce and promote when that does happen.

DO YOU OFFER MENS CLOTHING ITEMS? We do! However, only in limited quantities and styles for the the time being. We would love to expand our Men and Boys collection as Move N' Groove continues to grow!

WILL YOU GUYS EVENTUALLY HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION? For now, Move N' Groove is online only. We will, however, do pop-ups and participate in market events whenever the opportunity arises. We will keep you all updated via our social media accounts whenever we are doing a pop-up!

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? At the moment, Move N' Groove only ships to locations within the United States.
