Kailey Boutte is a working dancer that is best known for her TikTok presence. She moved to LA when she was 18 to train at Mather Dance Company, where she was signed to a dance agency. She still continues to dance in Los Angeles today. Kailey's credits include Derek Hough, BeachBody, Snapchat, Gales Shoes, Blake McGrath, and America's Got Talent.

How do you incorporate movement into your everyday life?
I try to do at least one physical activity everyday, whether it's a dance class (my favorite), a ten minute lower- abs, or just simply going to the gym.
Who is your favorite mover of all time, and why?
My favorite mover of all time is Nanea Janeyu. She is the most creative and genuine dancer out there. Every time she freestyles, she comes up with a story that anyone watching can pick up on and get invested in. She's the best.
What legacy do you hope to leave behind for the next generation of movers?
I hope to leave behind the legacy of not being afraid to explore your movement. We get so caught up in being perfect, but sometimes we need to let go and get messy. The messy times are usually when the best part of ourselves comes out and we grow.
What are some staple clothing pieces in your closet that assist you on your movement journey?
Flowy athletic pants, such as joggers, are usually my favorite staple clothing. I feel so liberated but also so agile.
